2. Company operate only in one segment i.e. Telecom Cables hence segment reporting as defined in Accounting Standard 17 is not applicable

3. Total investor grievances received during the quarter ended 30th September, 2004 -Five. Disposed off during the quarter-Five, unresolved as at 30.09.2004 -Nil

4. One time provision of Rs. 700.00 lacs has been made towards doubtful debts..
